Missy B1 Baking

I made 11 desserts for Passover, for a party of 53.  Then for the second Seder I made 6 for a party of 25.  Needless to say, then I collapsed!!

 There were cookies (meringues), cheese cake, two chocolate cakes (one pareve and one dairy), candy, matza toffee, a vanilla cake topped with strawberries, chocolate mousse in macaroon cups, and Middle Eastern desserts like basboussah.

Here's me with my husband, a wonderful female relative, and my son.  And a plateful -o- goodies!!
